Legal and disclosures

The short version: trading futures can lose you money, every performance figure on this site is hypothetical, and we sell software, not advice.

Risk disclosure

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Leverage means a small market move can produce a large loss. Automated trading adds its own risks: connection loss, platform or data errors, and orders that fill differently in fast markets. Anyone running automated software is responsible for monitoring it.

Hypothetical performance

Unless it is labeled otherwise, every performance figure on this site comes from a backtest. The following statements apply to all of them.

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK IN ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND LOSSES OR TO ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS. What we sell, and what we don't do

JRH Strategies sells the same off-the-shelf software to every customer. We don't give advice tailored to anyone's circumstances or tell customers what or how much to trade. We don't manage, direct or connect to customer accounts, and we don't place trades for anyone. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any futures contract.

Testimonials

This site shows no testimonials. If it ever shows customer comments, each will say whether the person was paid or got free access, none will quote profit amounts, and their experience may not be representative of other customers' and is no guarantee of future results.

Terms of service and license (EULA)

These terms are an agreement between you and JRH Strategies ("we", "us"). They apply when you join the waitlist, buy a plan or use our software. If you don't agree with them, don't buy or use the software.

1. Your license. When you buy a plan, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the strategy software in that plan in NinjaTrader 8, on up to two computers at a time, for as long as your plan is active. A monthly plan is active while its subscription is paid. A one-payment plan is active for 3 years from the date you buy it. We own the software. You're buying a license to use it, not the software itself.

2. What you may not do. You may not share, sell, rent, lend or transfer the software or your license key, or let anyone else use your key. You may not copy the software except to install it, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or try to remove or get around its protection or its license check. You may not sell or pass its trades or signals on to other people, for example through a signal service or a trade copier that serves other traders.

3. Software, not advice. We sell the same off-the-shelf software to every customer. We don't give advice tailored to anyone's circumstances, and we don't manage, direct or connect to your accounts or place trades for you. You decide whether to run a strategy, on which account, with what size and settings, and you are responsible for monitoring it while it runs.

4. Risk. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Every performance figure on this site is hypothetical unless it is labeled otherwise, and no result, real or hypothetical, guarantees future results. Automated trading adds its own risks, including connection loss, platform or data errors, and fills that differ from a backtest. Only trade money you can afford to lose.

5. Brokers and prop firms. Before you run a strategy with a broker or a prop firm, check that it allows automated strategies and the sessions the strategy trades. Their rules and decisions are between you and them.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation. Checkout and billing run through Whop, and Whop's own terms also apply to your purchase. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Whop account, and your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. A one-payment plan gives you access and updates for 3 years from purchase and then ends. It is not a lifetime license. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is calculated at checkout. If we change the price of a plan, we'll email active subscribers before the new price applies to them.

7. Refunds. The refund policy below is part of these terms.

8. The license check. The software checks your license key with our server when it starts and from time to time while it runs, so it needs an internet connection when it starts. If your license isn't active, the strategy loads but doesn't trade. Each check sends your key and an identifier for your computer. The privacy policy says what we keep.

9. Updates and support. While your plan is active, you get new versions of the software in your Whop orders, and email support at support@jrhstrategies.com for installing and setting it up. Support doesn't include trading advice. Updates may change the software, its settings or its presets.

10. No warranty. The software is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will make money, match its hypothetical results, run without interruption or errors, or suit any particular purpose.

11. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that arise from the software or these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. When your license ends. Your license ends when your plan ends. We may also end it without a refund if you break these terms, for example by sharing your key or the software. When your license ends, stop using the software and delete it.

13. Other companies. NinjaTrader, Kinetick, Whop, your broker and your prop firm are separate companies with their own terms, and none of them is affiliated with JRH Strategies.

14. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The date at the top of this section shows the current version. If a change affects active customers, we'll email them before it takes effect. If you keep using the software after a change, you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what JRH Strategies collects, why we collect it, who handles it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect.

  • Waitlist: your email address, when you join the waitlist. Our email service, Kit, stores it and sends our emails.
  • Purchases: Whop runs checkout and payments. We receive your name, your email address, the plan you bought and its status. We never see your full card details.
  • License checks: your license key, the identifier NinjaTrader gives your computer, your IP address and the time of each check.
  • Support: whatever you send us by email.
  • This website: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it. To deliver the software and its updates, check licenses and stop key sharing, answer support requests, tell the waitlist when we launch and send the product news you signed up for, keep the records the law requires, and protect the site and our customers.

Who else handles it. Only the service providers named above (Kit, Whop and Cloudflare), and only to do these jobs for us. We don't sell or rent your information. We may disclose it when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it. Email addresses until you unsubscribe. License-check records for 12 months. Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails for as long as we need them to help you.

Your choices. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email support@jrhstrategies.com, and we'll reply within 30 days.

Children. The site and the software are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We'll post any change to this policy here and update the date above.

Refund policy

Last updated November 5, 2026.

  • Monthly plans: cancel any time from your Whop account. Billing stops at the end of the current period, and your access runs until then. We don't refund part of a month.
  • Key never activated: if your license key has never been activated in NinjaTrader, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment. This covers a monthly plan's first payment and one-payment plans.
  • Key activated: once a license key has been activated, the purchase can't be refunded, because the software has been delivered and used.
  • Mistakes: duplicate charges, and charges for a plan you didn't choose, are refunded in full.
  • How to ask: email support@jrhstrategies.com from the address you used at checkout, with your Whop order details. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop.
  • Chargebacks: please contact us first. A chargeback ends the license.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
